Submit to HPHR

HPHR invites submissions from students and faculty across academic disciplines, as well as from members of the general public that speak to the publication’s mission and vision and elucidate pertinent and timely public health issues within an evidence-based and health equity framework.

HPHR currently is accepting submissions for the following themes:

– Sexual Harassment and Public Health
– Violence and Public Health
– Climate Change and Public Health

Who May Submit and Where?
Students and faculty across academic disciplines at Harvard and other institutions, as well as members of the general public, are invited to submit. Submissions are accepted through the online form.

What Should Be Submitted?
Evidence-based commentaries/op-eds are preferred, though original research, infographics, and photo essays are welcome with prior permission.

Must Submissions Focus on a Theme?
Submissions DO NOT have to conform to a theme.

How Should Pieces Be Formatted?
Please review past editions of the journal and download the submission guidelines.

The HPHR editorial team may contact accepted contributors to provide a personal photograph and brief biography. Authors retain rights to their work.
